How to use safely

REVYV is designed for healthy adults. Please read this guide before your first session.

Don't use REVYV if you

  • are pregnant
  • have a bleeding or clotting disorder, take blood thinners, or have a history of blood clots or stroke
  • have a heart condition, a pacemaker or another implanted device
  • have cancer or are undergoing cancer treatment
  • have anaemia or epilepsy
  • have eczema, psoriasis or another skin condition on the area

If you have a medical condition or any doubt, check with your doctor or physio first.

Never place a cup on

  • broken, irritated or sunburnt skin, rashes, moles, wounds or recent tattoos
  • varicose veins, recent injuries, fractures or unhealed scars
  • a recent muscle tear or strain
  • your face, head, or the front and sides of your neck
  • your chest, armpits, groin or stomach
  • your inner arms, inner thighs, the inside of your elbows or the back of your knees
  • bones, or directly on your spine (work the muscles on each side)

Where to use each cup

  • Largest cups: your back (on each side of the spine), hamstrings and glutes
  • Medium cups: your calves, the back of your shoulders and the outside of your thighs
  • Smallest cups: the outer side of your forearms and the back of your upper arms
  • Front of your thighs: only glide the cup slowly with light suction. Don't leave it in place.

How to use it safely

  • Start with light suction and short sessions: about 5 minutes per area. Never leave a cup in the same place for more than 10 minutes.
  • Apply a little oil or lotion if you want to glide the cup.
  • To remove a cup, press its edge to let the air in. Never pull it off.
  • Stop right away if you feel sharp pain, numbness, tingling or dizziness.
  • Wait until marks have faded before cupping the same spot again.
  • Your set is for personal use only. Wash it with warm soapy water after each session and let it dry.

What's normal
