How to use safely
For healthy adults. Don't use REVYV if you're pregnant, take blood thinners, or have a bleeding or clotting disorder, a heart condition, a pacemaker or cancer.
Never on: broken or irritated skin, varicose veins, a recent muscle tear, your face, neck, chest, stomach or groin, or your inner arms and thighs.
Start light: about 5 minutes per area, 10 minutes maximum. Round marks are normal and fade within one to two weeks.

The sensation.
- 01
Suction
A gentle pulling sensation as the skin rises into the cup.
- 02
Heat
A mild increase in local warmth may occur.
- 03
Pressure
Noticeable, but it should never be painful.
- 04
Release
After removing the cup, the area may feel more relaxed or less stiff.
Good to know — temporary circular marks can appear and usually fade within a few days — start light. Sharp pain, numbness, tingling or significant discomfort are not normal: ease off the suction, and stop if they occur.

The honest part
Straight with you.
REVYV is a recovery tool, not a medical treatment. Cupping can be part of a recovery routine, but results and sensations vary from person to person.
Product FAQ.
Common training areas such as calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders, traps, upper back and forearms. Avoid the front and sides of the neck, the head, joints, bones, open wounds, irritated skin, visible veins, behind the knees and the groin.
Start light. A gentle, comfortable pull is enough — stronger suction is not automatically better and mainly increases marking and skin stress. Increase gradually only as you get used to the sensation.
A few minutes per area is plenty. Start short — around 3–5 minutes — and see how your body responds.
Yes. On clean skin with a little oil, you can slowly glide the cup across a muscle, or keep it in place. Move slowly and stay on soft muscle tissue.
Cupping can leave temporary circular marks from the suction. They aren't impact bruises and usually fade within a few days to about a week. Darker marks don't mean a better session — start light.
Stop if you feel sharp pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness, unusual swelling or any concerning reaction. Cupping should feel like a firm pull, never painful.
If you have a bleeding or clotting disorder, take anticoagulant medication, are pregnant, or have a medical or skin condition in the area, seek appropriate medical advice before using cupping. Use only on intact skin, and follow the guidance above.
Warm water and mild soap, then leave to air-dry.
Recover. Reset. Repeat.
